Meet the Doctor
Did you know that Dr. John Patangan serves in the US Navy Reserves? While he’s in the office, he’s making sure that kids are staying on top of their oral health. Outside of Kids First Dental, he serves our country proudly preserving the oral health of the sailors and service members of the United States military. Because of his military service, Dr. Patangan has traveled the world over from Spain to Japan. If you get the chance, you can ask him what country was his most favorite of them all.
A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Dr. Patangan graduated from the University of Florida. Later, he attended dental school at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts. Later on, he received his education in Pediatric Dentistry at Indiana University School of Dentistry.
While he’s not at the office or serving his country, you can find Dr. Patangan out on the waters sailing. If he’s not there, he’s probably golfing or hiking the woods with his wife and three children.
